Office hours refer to the times when our main office is open and our team is available to assist you with anything you need. When you rent for the first time, you will need to pick up a gate control remote at our office. That way, you are not restricted by the gate hours and can access your belongings during regular access hours.


A $36 refundable deposit is required at move-in to cover the cost of your key fob. Once your fob has been returned at move-out, you will be refunded that amount.


You can bring your own lock or purchase one for $8.


You can move in once you have completed the rental process and visited us during office hours to receive your gate code and remote control.
